Intermittent issue with Ethernet Rx lockup - Need help

We use custom design board based on DM648 and Marvell PHY. The Ethernet (RX/TX) communication works most of the time reliably. Recently we observed several Rx lockup issues which are manifested due to burst packets (two packets in very quick time) received by the DSP board. After this DSP no longer receives the packets. However the Tx seem to work well as the host computer still receives debug messages sent from DSP.

The driver package we are using is pspdrivers_1_10_00_09 which is part of dvsdk_1_10_00_26_DM648

Is there any known such issue with SGMII and Marvell Phy. Any solution/direction to address this is greatly appreciated.
