I am starting a project using the board EVMDM6437 provided by my school and have a few working example which have been done with DSP/Bios on CCS V5.3 However I wanted to update everything and use the latest CCS and RTOS release but I cannot manage to make it work.
My project is about audio processing, so I need to use the Codec AIC33 and am planning to use edma3 to manage the transfers. I have looked into the PSP drivers however it seems they are not compatible with SYS/Bios 6 for the board i am using. I then checked the EDMA3 LLD driver and could not find a SYS/bios 6 driver compatible with the board either.
My question: Is there any way to develop an audio processing application with some already packaged driver with SYS/Bios 6 and the evmdm6437 (without too much reverse engineering) or should I stick to DSP/Bios 5?
