ultra low power video processor

Hi 

We are require ultra low power video processor/media processor/ Camera SOC for captures 360-degree view using single image sensor. I wanted to check if you can recommend any low-power video processor/media processor/camera SOC for our application.

Interfaces needed,

-          Camera interface – parallel or MIPI

-          Up to 5 MP resolution 

-          Image capture + h.264 encode support

-          802.11n WiFi and BT Dual mode support

-          4G/3G/GSM / GPS interface for data

-          low power memory interfacing

We need  processor (image capture + encoding) with extremely low active and standby power for capture section. In typical use case, all interfaces other than image capture and memory storage will remain disabled until a trigger event occurs.

Please let me know what you recommend  from Texas Instrument
