External memory problem with DM6437EVM

Can you please connect the DM6437 EVM and load the gel file then try to access the external memory location through CCS memory window ?

There's a window pop up :

I'm not sure if I set it to boot mode correctly.

I click it and then the window shows,

but the result of DM6437EVM Diagnostics still the same, 

External memory diagnostic fail.

Is it possible that the problem is the PC SDRAM?

It seems to be boot mode as "EMIFA ROM Fast boot".
Please refer to the following DM643x bootmode guide to get the "Emulation boot" or No boot" mode which should be used while debugging.

The Boot mode is the same as the guide.

 

I didn't change the mode before.
