TI has several video switches that can switch Red, Green, Blue (RGB) composite video signals. I went to TI.com switches and multiplexers page and selected the video switch section. Then I used the filters on the left hand side to sort by configuration 1:2 and additional features RGB composite video. I would start with the TS3V713EL and see what you think.

The things you need to know to select the correct switch is the amount of channels you are switching, the voltage level of the signal, and the bandwidth of your signal.
