I'm using CCS 3.3, & I've got C:\dvsdk_1_11_00_00_DM648 (and also dvsdk_1_01_00_15, because I mananged to get the DM6437 EVB to go, although with the simple non-XDC non-TI RTOS non-XDAIS examples from Spectrum Digital, but thats a digression!).
I don't have the ti.sdo.pspdrivers.pal_sys.dm648 package, although I do have it in the dm6437 directory at the same level, in
C:\dvsdk_1_11_00_00_DM648\pspdrivers_1_10_00\packages\ti\sdo\pspdrivers\pal_sys\dm6437\package\ti.sdo.pspdrivers.pal_sys.dm6437.sch
I have C:\dvsdk_1_11_00_00_DM648\pspdrivers_1_10_00\packages bin the XDCPATH env. var with forward slashes rater than backward ones.
