CCS/TMS320DM6437: unable to connect processor to pc using window 8 pro. and CCS 6

Hi,

The error you mentioned can be caused by a number of issues, ranging from faulty USB ports, cables, your board, etc. Also, there is a chance that device drivers may not be properly installed, which can be verified if the Control Panel indicates any errors.

In general I would start carefully checking all the steps shown in the procedure below:
