Okay, I figured out one way to do this. (There is a watermark variable that can be set to false.) However, now I realize that these libraries (e.g., lib/h264venc_ti.l64P and lib/h264venc_ti_e.l64P) do not seem to "stick around" after we build the DVSDK. Thus, how do we build (or otherwise...

BTW, the encode demo configuration (encode.cfg) is using the ti.sdo.codecs.h264enc.ce package for the H.264 encoder. Thus, where does it obtain the H.264 encoder library (so that it can build the executable)?

Hey, thanks, Juan. BTW, is there a way to just download the codecs (rather than having to wait for them to be shipped to us)? Have a great day! Take care, Darwin

How do we specify that our build is a production release build of one of the codecs that is included with the DVSDK? For example, in the package.bld of the H.264 encoder (in V1.30.01.41 of the DVSDK), the arguments[0] variable is being tested to see if it is set to "prod" or to "eval"...

Thanks, Brad. That solved the installation issue. However, now none of the example applications are working. For example, here is what happens when I execute ./loadmodules.sh: ioremap_nocache(0x87800000, 8388608)=0xc9000000 allocated heap buffer 0xc9000000 of size 0xf7000 cmem initialized...

As far as I know, BP h.264 decoder cannot handle encoded interlaced video data. However, using the decode demo of DM6467 EVM with the clip dust_1080i_30fps.264 is successful and the clip is decoded properly. How?

Juan Gonzales Where are you reading the version number, which doc. I was referring to DVSDK 1.2 which does not necessarily mean encode demo oro codecs match the same version. DM365 did not even exist when this DVSDK version released for DM6446 (~ 2 years ago), hence it would be very surprising if you...
