How to add ADC to L138/C6748 Development Kit (LCDK)?

I didn't find an ADC on L138/C6748 Development Kit (LCDK). What's the best way to add this functionality? I need 16bit precision, but relatively low sample rate.

The LCDK has the audio codec TLV320AIC3106. Please check this page for schematics:

TLV320AIC3106 is an audio codec. Do you think it can be used for general purpose A/D? The first thing I notice is its analog input voltage range is quite limited (-0.3V ~ 0.3V). But my input voltage range is 0~5V.

I have the same concern.

Can you also provide me with which pins to which I can connect 2 microphones to read an analogue signal and process these signals to get the phase difference between these signals?
