Hi TI engineers,
I have found a paper online (not on TI website) that describes how to implement a real-time DSP pedestrian detection algorithm using HOG features. The algorithm runs on the C674x.
The authors of this algorithm are Senthil Kumar Yogamani and Akshay Chavan. It does not seem like any of them is still working at TI. The algorithm was written in 2012. I asked them to give me the algorithm's source code and they told me that it was the property of TI and recommended that I contact TI.
I have been looking all over the internet and on TI's DSP product pages for the implementation of the algorithm but I cannot find it. I also called the TI customer support and I they could not find the implementation either.
