I have a question about DDR2 Address Space in AM1806.
DDR2 was supported up to 512 MByte until sprs658d.
But, it was changed to maximum 256 MByte in the sprs658e.
Question:
- Actually the silicon is changed?
Or, it's just fixing of the datasheet error?
I attach the revision history in the sprs658e.
