Hello to all,

I'm building a PCB and using an AM1808 ARM, i was wondering if i could get the schematic and footprint for that, or I have to create one from scratch?

If there is any type of documentations that could show me what other components should I have connected to make the ARM chip to work it would be much appreciated too.

Hello Jorge,

The AM1808 schematic symbol and PCB footprint are available in the product folder given below.

http://www.ti.com/product/AM1808/quality#cadsymfoot

Please note, you need to install ultra librarian software to view the .bxl file. From there you can able to export the symbol and footprint to any format.

The AM1808 EVM schematics and layout are attached. The PCB layout file is in ORCAD layout format.

Thanks this helps a lot, I'm still not sure how to connect it to the other elements in the PCB and what extra components should I get, but I was perfectly able to create the footprint and paste it on my PCB
