consistency problem with OMAPL132 internal RTC

Hi Hari,

The RTC is updating sometimes and sometimes not. I found the clock is proper when it's not updating.

You can't see the dip in RTC voltage level.

The RTC loose the data suddenly if voltage dip changes in RTC voltage.

Show here your RTC section of schematic.

what is the voltage at pin RTC_CVDD when RTC is not updating ?

What is the RTC crystal frequency when it is not working ?

Did you verify your RTC circuit against data manual recommendation ?

Are you using custom code ?

Kindly see the attached images. RTC_CVDD is powered from a 1.2V cell.

The clock is stable with 32.768KHz

Are you getting any kernel error messages while you get RTC update problem ?

How did you connect the RTC voltage ?

either  i/p voltage or  RTC battery or both ?

We are not getting any error message.

 RTC_CVDD is powered from a 1.2V cell. The resistor for input voltage (R131)is not populated, please see the above attached image.
