In case OmapL138, It is difficult to find infomation regarding the speed of Shared-memory(128KB internal, Memory map: 0x8000 0000 ~ 0x8001 0000).

which is faster Shared-Memory(128KB Internal) or DDR(External 150MHz)?

Hi Hyun-geun,

All of the on-chip memory including the shared RAM should be able to be accessed faster than external memory i.e DDR.
