OMAP L138 resources? Video capture?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAPL138

Hi there,

So in my project, I am supposed to take the video input from the Composite input pin on board the L138 LCDK and store it onto an SD card. That said I am a newbie to microprocessors. I have worked on micro-controllers for quite some time now. And I am finding the process of developing on Microprocessor entirely different. With so much linux/bios and everything. I am finding it difficult to start at one point.

For instance, when you first learn a microcontroller, you try to do a HelloWorld project. I am not finding any such 'getting started' program examlples for this board which comes with instructions and all.

Anyway, Would any of you be kind enough to point me in the right direction. if possible direct me to a link that has a step by step direction to do the programming.

Thanks,

Vivek
