Hi TI Folks,

Good day to you.

Because TI MPN OMAPL138BZCE3 is discontinue, May I know that can I use TI MPN OMAPL138EZCE3 to directly replace the MPN OMAPL138BZCE3 or not?

And please teach what's the difference between them, and what should I take note when I use OMAPL138EZCE3 to replace OMAPL138BZCE3?

Yes, you can use OMAPL138EZCE3 instead of OMAPL138BZCE3.
Its new silica revision chip rev2.3, please refer to the silicon errata document for

Weji,

As Titus mentioned, you can use the OMAPL138EZCE3 device as a drop in replacement for OMAPL138BZCE3. An USB related issue was fixed in silicon revision E.
