OMAP Memory, audio and power question

We used an OMAP3 in the past with the PoP memory.  Do the newer OMAPs still use the PoP?  Also do any of the OMAPs or their power managers have audio codecs?  Also- how can I get quick power estimates to see if I can get in the ball park for small battery powered application?
