OMAP-L138: Problem with boot from NAND flash

Part Number: OMAP-L138
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CODECOMPOSER

Hello,

I am trying to boot my custom board with secure OMAP L138 from NAND flash, I perform the following steps:

1. Generate the *.ais file using SecureHexAIS_OMAP-L138.exe to unlock the jTAG,
2. Load it to the board using GenericSecureUartHost.exe,
3. Prepare  *.ais file using SecureHexAIS_OMAP-L138.exe based on DSP-hello world program ( infinite loop ),
4. Write the program to NAND flash using NAND_writer, ( and change NAND type to 8-bits width )
5. Run secure_boot_NAND which changes a header to encrypted.

During the last step, the SK_setUserKey( void * ) returns 0x7 value which means that the context is in use.  Steps 4 and 5 are run from
CodeComposer 7 using jTAG. The *.ais files are generate with

bootExitType=SECUREWITHSK
BootMode=NONE

ROM ID: d800k008
Silicon Revision 2.1

Thank you for your help,

Best Regerds,
Peter.
