We are trying to use the "AM1806 ZWT IBIS Model (Rev. A)" http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sprm485 .
Many DDR_*** pins are grouped to a common I/O Model Name BSSTL18TCSCGPBFZ.
The I/O model name has a couple of choices:

|BUFFER OPERATING AT FAST MODE WITH 1.8V SUPPLY WITH +/-0.1V VARIATION
So, can I ask a typical criteria to choose?
I would guess that the lower one "NOSR0_NOTERM_0.1_1P8" is a normal choice because the range 1.7V to 1.9V is a slightly outside of the DDR_DVDD18 range. But no idea for the upper one, "NOSR0_NOTERM_1P8".
