Linux/LINUXSDK-OMAPL138: Getting WAY too many 'mtd->read() returned ECC error' messages

Part Number: LINUXSDK-OMAPL138
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAP-L138, PMP, TEST2, CC2500

Tool/software: Linux

Hello,

So we're starting to see a bunch of units in the field that have been returning with WAY too many 'mtd->read() returned ECC error' messages.  An example is listed below.

When the unit has this many errors, it simply fails to run our application code and is then RMA'ed.

Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Here's the console port output from one returned unit.

OMAP-L138 initialization passed!
