Hello,
Is there some method to test the smartReflex operation ?
Thank you,
Ran

Hi Ran,
You can test whether the smartReflex is enable by the following commands:
cat /sys/power/sr_vdd1_autocomp
cat /sys/power/sr_vdd2_autocomp
Also the following site should be useful:

Hi Tsvetolin,
I think that a better approach for testing would be to check if the device do its job, i.e. trying to change the frequency and see if the voltage changes too.
Something like this:
target$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
800
target$ cat /sys/class/regulator/regulator.3/microvolts
1200000
target$ echo 700 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
800
target$ cat /sys/class/regulator/regulator.3/microvolts
1187500
What do you think ?
I would like to understand better what is the meaning of regulator.0 , till ... regulator.7 in OMAP ?
Thanks
Ran
Hi Ran,
I'm not familiar with mechanism of regulators but as I know the regulator.X setting values of the TPS65xxx power management chip registers which reflects to the omap power supply voltage and etc.
