What is MMHH CE6 SDK (ARMV4I)?

I'm tasked with supporting a VisStudio project that uses this <platform>.  I think it is an OMAP35x processor.  The VisStudio project is looking for what appears to be a WinCE6.0 SDK.  I'm not sure what "MMHH" refers to.

SomeName.vcproj:

Can anyone offer some insight?
