    I believe the part number for the NAND is 1015824 REV A, although I'm not sure. I can't find anything in the bill of materials that says the part number for SDRAM. If I had to guess which package type, I'd say 1017377 REV B on the SOM-LV. Sorry if this wasn't very helpful. I'm...
