6 frequency sensors paralallel

Hello, my name is Ricardo, I'm developing a project for school, we don't use texasInstruments I'm new on this, because a normal microcontroller isn't enough for the project.

I have some piezoelectric sensors, (6) and I want to analyze the frequency at the same time. its' important, FFT won't be enough, because I would have the same frequency in every sensor, but the action is different in every sensor.

I've been developing with arduino, I can compare, but I can't read 6 frequencies at the same time?

I'm new on Texas intruments and programming, Do you know any hardware what I can use?
