I've make 10 C6455 sample boards and have some trouble.
One of the 10 boards occurs the CCS jtag connection error and the others are fine.
I attached the ccs error message.
CCS pop up message
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000244/-1202
Fatal Error during: Register, Initialization, OCS,
CPU continually indicated it was 'not ready'
This is considered a catastrophic event, user can either force CPU ready
and continue the debug process by choosing button 'YES', or abort current
by reset the system

Board Name: C645x_XDS510USB
Cpu Name: cpu_0
Abort: Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry: Try to connect to the target again.
Cancel: Remain disconnected from the target
Diagnostic: Run diagnostic utility.
