Connecting EVMC6424 with CCS 5.4

Hello

I start using CCS5.4 and want to connect my target TMS320C6424 EVM  to code composer studio . I open new configuration and select  ( spectrum digital  XDS510USB emulator and EVMC6424 ) and when test the connection an error message appeared 

[Start]

Execute the command:

%ccs_base%/emulation/drivers/sdjtag.exe -f %boarddatafile% -v -X reset -X scantest

[Result]

** BoardFilePath: C:\Users\NCTR-GMA\AppData\Local\.TI\693494126\0\0\BrdDat\testBoard.dat
** Resetting Emulator
     ERROR -- XDS510-USB Emulator not connected/enumerated

[End]

I used full licensed version of CCS 5.4.0 .

This EVM board connecting without any problem when i used CCS 3.3

could you please help me to solve this issue
