I've the board TMS320C6455 DSK, but the CD contains the CCS 3 only.

The Windows 8.1 is installed on my PC but CCS 3 doesn't want to work in this operating system correctly. What is better to do in my case? Thank you.

Moved this thread over c64xx single core DSP forum. You can use latest CCS for application development. I think CCS 3 is no more supported in CCS forum. Please check. Thank you.
