c6000 series instruction set test?

Does there exist an instruction set test codes for the c6000 series? This might also be known as a CPU instruction test, or by other terms...  Such test would be used to diagnose potentially faulty CPU or possibly the memory subsystems, etc.

    Hi user4529167,

    There are CPU instruction document / reference manual for C6000 series.But there is no test instruction code.

    To test the memory and peripheral options of the CPU, you can use the gel file and run the gel file on the target using CCS and the emulator.
