Problem while connecting a DSK6713 board

SIr 

I am trying to connect a 6713dsk board to Windows XP. I have installed ccs3.1 

the device is showing up in device manager but it is showing usb enumeration problem.

SOmetime it is connected instantly and sometime it wont connect!

    What error you are getting ?
    Its not detecting well ?

    Please try with latest CCS version.
    Reinstall the emulator drivers (eZdsp)

    Also, please make sure that you are using proper USB cable.

    I have installed the USB drivers for the board. when i press Alt+C to connect the board, a pop up appears in the bottom with a scrolling bar and "Waiting for USB enumeration" as heading.... this bar sometime runs for few second and the board is connected but sometime it goes on for many minute without any acknowledgement.

    Do i hv any hardware problem?

    Previously i was using dsk6416 and there were no such issues!

    Hi Siddharth,
    Please make sure that you have set bootmode to emulation mode.
    Worth to try, using the updated CCS version and Windows 7 (it would be good if you try with your colleague PCs)

    For further follow up, make use of our CCS e2e forum for CCS related questions.
