The available models are on the TMS320C6424 Product Folder page under the Tools & Software tab.

What specifically are you looking for (eg, which pins?) and what are trying to model in your simulations?

I'm looking for the AMI model for the PCIe pins and for the DDR3 interface if there is one available.

Peter,

There is neither PCIe nor DDR3 on the C6424. Were you looking also at a different DSP? The C6424 has PCI (32-bit parallel) and DDR2, but we have no AMI models for either of those.

We have the IBIS models available on the TMS320C6424 Product Folder that I mentioned before. These will give you information for simulating your board design.
