Please let me confirm the following question.

Is there any specification power up time in between each power lines?

I know that there is a specific power sequence 1.2 -> 1.8.V -> 3.3V. I would like to know whether there is any specific time between power up time.

Kaka,

There is no specific power up time available to power each power lines. I would recommend you to switch on the supplies after the previous supply is at nominal voltage.

From Datasheet,

There is no specific required voltage ramp rate for any of the supplies as long as the LVCMOS supplies operated at 3.3V (DVDD3318_A, DVDD3318_B, or DVDD3318_C) never exceed the STATIC 1.8V supplies by more than 2 volts.
