CCS/TMS320C6747: C6747 can't recognize the boot mode

please help

I have made my own C6747 board booting from nand flash, i config the mode by pull up/down resistor and the value is 1k, but the BOOTCFG register is 0x0004, it's spi0 eeprom mode,and the board can't start from nand flash , I have measure the pin by multimeter, it's accord with nand flash mode.

Hello,

Have you ensured the boot pins are connected correctly to the resistor strap ?

If possible, share the schematics snippet of the boot mode settings ?
