TMS320C6748: C6748 PRU UART & SPI example code

The only package that we have for PRU with C674x is archived here :
www.ti.com/.../PRU-SWPKG

This is pretty old package that predates the PRU C Compiler but is using PRU assembly code to perform general purpose IO and memory functions. there are examples to access GPIO and timers but not UART/SPI but you can use that for reference.
