TMS320C6748: About a restriction on C6748 Power-On/Off Sequence

Hi Champs,

There is a restriction on C6748 Power-On/Off sequence below.

LVCMOS supplies operated at 3.3V (DVDD3318_A, DVDD3318_B, or DVDD3318_C)
never exceed static 1.8V supplies by more than 2 volts.

So, what kind of impact can be considered when the 3.3V exceed the 1.8V by more than 2V? I'd like to make sure of it.

The only requirement on the power sequence is to follow the power rail up/down sequence. When the above mentioned condition applies, you should power up the rail only when the previous rail reaches its nominal voltage.
