I have the DSK_AUDIO4 Four-Channel Audio Daughter card but I don’t have the files to link it with the card DSK6416.

Hi,

Have you seen the Tools & Software tab in the device product folder:
www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

The DSPBIOS and the CSL packages should be enough to bring up your platform. The application that uses the audio daughter card is a custom use case, which you should create on your own.
