RTOS: SEVERE: TMS320C64+: Can't Initialize Target CPU: Failed to Created Board

Recently we have been seeing random errors after moving our TI DSP C6000 tools (v7.2.0) to AWS build servers, running Windows 2016 as OS.

The info below shows some errors reported by the tool while trying to run the DSP simulator.

The problem occurred only a few times, within hundreds of successful builds on the same setup.

Maybe you can suggest to us anything we might have missed or should look into.

Which Processor SDK RTOS version is this? Also which processor are you using and what application are you trying to build?

Hello,

To help you better I'm going to need more information. Can you please answer the following?

CCS version?
Which emulator are you using?
What was your setup prior to migrating? Did you upgrade any of the tools or SW packages?
Are you able to post the full log?

Today and few weeks ago we encountered this error, possibly related. The error is rare. We can share logs through our TI contact.
