CCS 3.1 / XDS560R / XP SP3 issue

I'm running CCS 3.1 with XDS560R emulators from Spectrum Digital on multiple PCs.  The systems running XP Professional SP3 have problems.  The systems running SP2 don't have problems.  I'm using xdsprobe -d option (sclk scan) and -g -c option (data integrity) to test the pc<->emulator<->target communication.  Yes; I've updated to the ccs3.1 latest service pack and the latested SD drivers.  And, no; I can't upgrade to CCS 3.3 for various reasons.

Anybody else have this problem or, hopefully, have a solution for me?

Unfortunately I do not have an XDS560R emulator to test this out. I did check the release notes and they recommend using SP1 so I am assuming the drivers are a bit outdated (they are dated March 2007). Have you contacted Spectrum Digital to see what they have to say?

SD suggested upgrading thier drivers and installing the latest ccs3.1 service pack.  Neither helped.

Did they specifically state that their latest 3.1 drivers (v3.01.18) are supported under Windows XP SP3?

No, they didn't.  I think that the ccs3.1 service pack and drivers predate SP3.  Can I load just the drivers for ccs3.3 if the do support XP SP3?

A couple years ago Spectrum Digital told me that their CCS 3.3 drivers are backward compatible with CCS 3.1.  That was before the XDS560R was even released, but I think you should at least try using their most up-to-date drivers.  I think there's a good chance it will work.

I just tried the SD CCS3.3 driver update release 3.03.29 [23-Sept-2008] on my CCS3.1.  Rebooted.  Still fails.
