Hello, I have a question about TMS320C6713dsp.

Most of the time Flash (CE1 piece of the election) guide is not successful after plus electricity. By this time CE1 does not be low. When CE1 occasionally is low , Flash (CE1 piece of the election) guide can be successful.Hard reset doesn't work at all. the CE1 always does not be low, Flash (CE1 piece of the election) guide is not  successful .But reset CPU in CCS can reset well.

Excuse me expert what reason is this. Looking forward to your reply as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

Is this a DSK or your own board?

The best guess I can come up with is there is a wiring problem on your board or a connection weakness. Look at the connection to the reset signal on the board.

    Regards,
    RandyP
