Thanks for your update.

There is nothing to do with changing parameters in VPIF, it all depends on the input video resolution and based on that, the output video quality would be observed in the display. If you really need to tune the video output quality, you need to implement motion estimation & motion compensation techniques at the decoder side to display high quality video and you could explore through internet for video post processing algorithms to optimize for high quality video output.

I would not optimise the quality. The problem is when i move for example my hand i see in the screen a lot o image of my hand delayed. I would the video more fluid. I have a problem of synchronisation.
