Have to use BE3 and BE2 signal for configration 16-bits SDRAM?Who could tell it to me?

I use two 16-bits SDRAM devices (EDS5116ABTA) in parallel to create 32-bits word.In my schmatic,TMS320C6701's signal BE0 and BE1 all layout to two SDRAM's UDQM an LDQM.I found that datasheet show BE0 and BE1 for lower device DQM,BE3 and BE2 for upper device DQM.I made a big mistake.I want correct this by configration of DSP which is make SDRAM running in 16-bits.How can i do that?And,i use BE0 and BE1,BE3 and BE2 wasn't fanout.
