whether C6748 has a internal watchdog reset or not?, if not , please recommend a external watchdog reset IC to operate this function.

Hello Yang,

The C6748 device supports internal watchdog reset. You can use Timer1 as a watchdog timer and the watchdog timeout reset triggers a POR (power on reset) .

Refer section "29.2.2 Architecture – Watchdog Timer Mode" in TRM for more details.
