Can we interface ADC to C6701 DSP through HPI.? If so how can anybody help me

Actually HPI is for accessing the processor resources like memory (internal & DDR) but uPP peripheral does the ADC interfacing.

Oh...since Host is a master we cant interface ADC , is that the reason?

Yes, we can use it for booting (HPI) & access DSP as slave for memory access.
