DRIVERS FOR DSP6713 USING CCS.v.4

We are into a project, designing a prototype of software defined radio. We have used MATLAB R2008 which required us to use CCS.v.4 to download the code on to the DSP6713.

But we are unable to find the drivers for the device DSP6713 for CCS.v.4 which is stopping us from downloading the code. Where can we find the required drivers?

Please help at your earliest.

The drivers for CCS will typically come from your emulator manufacturer if they are not included in CCS out of the box, for example if you have a Spectrum Digital emulator you can get drivers from http://support.spectrumdigital.com/. If you cannot find your emulator manufacturer's drivers, post your emulator make and model and I can take a look into it.

If you are using DSK6713, coudn't you use an item "DSK6713" in Connection "Spectrum Digital DSK-EVM-eZdsp onboard USB Emulator"?

Hi,

ccsv4 comes with the dsk 6713 driver .In device configuration ,use Spectrum Digital DSK-EVM-eZdsp onboard USB Emulator option and select the dsk 6713 ,so while debugging it will automatically install the driver if you had ccs 4properly installed.
