VTPIO_CTL POWERDN bit at UART Boot of C6746

Hi.

My customer reported that the VTPIO_CTL value is 0x0018E1B7 after the C6746 UART boot. The bit 6 (POWERDN) of it is 0. He assumes that POWERDN should be set by the ROM bootloader at the end of the VTP IO calibration. Is the 0 of the POWERDN bit normal? And does he need to set the bit with an user code to save power? Or does the ROM bootloader fail to initialize the DDR2?
