Exact part no for DSP on C6748 LCDK

I have got the C6748 LCDK dev kit rev A5. I am trying to read the part number from the chip but I think there is missing information. I want to find out if the secure version of the DSP is fitted on the LCDK board.

Can you please let me know the exact part number of the DSP for this rev A5?

Please do check on the chip whether suffix "E" is added on the part number.

I read the chip and it says exactly:
TMS320
C6748BZWT
IBA7XSW GI D450
21 527 ZWT

I don't see the E

Does this mean it is not secure? Is the letter E always shown
if it is secure?

Hi Manjula,

Your part number is not a secure one . Otherwise it should have "E" after "ZWT"

Thanks for the info. I am disappointed that it is not the secure part :( The LCDK should have the secure version as people develop on it and need to test the security features.
Do you know if the later revs of the LCDK has the secure part on it?
