Best way to open example code in ccs from c6000 chip support library?

I'm a noob and I'm using ccs for the first time. I am trying to use some example code for a tmsc62xx. I've downloaded the chip support library C6xCSL, which I think is pretty good start and am currently trying to browse it using resource explorer and having no luck. Is resource explorer only able to browse libraries/examples for more popular chipsets like the msp430? I don't know what I don't know right now and I would appreciate any help.

  • Hi Benjamin,

    Welcome!.

It is easy to import the example code in CCS manually though through resource explorer if it does not discover the products.

    Please refer these WIKI pages:

Import your projects after checking whether it is legacy or not..... Accordingly there are options to import.

If not able to succeed, please revert immediately..
