I bought new motherboard TMS320C6713 DSK 16 MEG SDRAM

I have a problem with my experiment.

I uses "Code Composer Studio 3.1v"

I borrowed the motherboard "TMS320C6713 DSK 16 MEG SDRAM" and daughterboard "DSK Audio4" from my friend last month.

I equiped the motherboard with the daughterboard.

I input the square wave signal to the daughterbaord. Then, the input signal was well ploted as I'd expected.

.. Last week, I bought new motherboard  "TMS320C6713 DSK 16 MEG SDRAM".

So, I input the same signal to the borrowed daughterboard equiped with the new motherboard.

But the input signal was weird.

I run the same code...What was worse, I didnt connect the input plug to the daughterboard. But the signal was weird as you see the picture.

Does it make sense? Is it possible?

I catch some differences between the borrowed moteherboard and the new moteherboard.

1) Borrowed and new motherboards have different power plug.

-- I bought new motherboard but the power board was dismatch. But they have same Voltage (+5V)

2) The motherboard's serial number is different.

-- The borrowed mother board's serial number is 0936 and the new mother board's serial number is 1433.

3) The REV is different.

  - Nothing was written in the borrowed motherboard and REV 'E' was written in the new motherboard.

Please tell me the reason why the input signal error happens if you figure out.
