TMS320C6748 about Mcbsp , I want to use it to communicate I2s

You need to install the MCSDK package for OMAPL138 to get this "pdk_OMAPL138_1_01_00_02" .

We do not have McBSP Starterware/CSL examples for C6748 instead there are existing examples for McBSP from BIOSPSP examples and you can download the same from the below:

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_registered_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/psp/bios_psp/index.html

After installing BIOS PSP 1.30.00 , you could see the McBSP DSP BIOS example on the below path:

~\BIOSPSP\packages\ti\pspiom\examples\evm6748\mcbsp\build\ccs4\master\.ccsproject

The other one is from BIOS PSP 03.00.01 which is a SYSBIOS McBSP example and you could download the same from the below page:

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/psp/BIOSPSP/index.html

After installing BIOS PSP 03.00.01, you could find the McBSP master example from the PDK directory as shown in the path below:

~\pdk_C6748_2_0_0_0\biospsp_03_00_01\drivers\examples\evm6748\mcbsp\Master\src
