I may not understand your question.  You asked the original question about C674X architecture.  The TI Design is based on OMAP L-138 where the AEC algorithm runs on C674X core. So what is your question?

1. Do you want to run the code on different CORE and you wonder how to port the AEC algorithm code?

2. Do you want to have a different device that has the C674X core and wonder how to port the device code into the new device?

3. You use a different board and need help in setting the board code (configure the interfaces, etc.)

4, Something else

We are current using the AEC algorithm running on the C674X core of an OMAP L-138 but are experiencing issues as discussed in the linked thread. These issue I believe may be how we have integrated the algorithm into our software, however I am unable to prove this without running the algorithm in isolation.

The question is: is there an evaluation board I could use to with the same algorithm running on it (ideally OMAP L-138/C674X) that I can easily configure (ideally using a command line or pure path studio) and hook up to a test product to evaluate its performance in comparison to what we are currently getting?

Can you run it from CCS and insert "audio data" by loading input data file and look at the output?

You can use either OMAPL138 LCDK or C6748 LCDK.
