Audio Product selection for smart speaker

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DM3725, TLV320AIC3263, DA8XX

Regards,

We tried emailing TI help with our query but they directed us here.

Our team is designing a smart speaker to work as a WiFi, Zigbee gateway with NFC interface. We will interface a radio module with our main microcontroller. We want this controller to also act as an audio codec. Our audio codec should act like a DSP with echo cancellation, noise cancellation and other audio algorithms. (It would be also good if we could get web links of free audio algorithms from any of the members)

The audio codec should also act as a microcontroller to interface with sensors, radio module and NFC circuit.
We want something like DM3725. But we need it for audio. DM3725 is too heavy and expensive since we don't need video processing at all. Does TI have an audio alternative?

We saw the TLV320AIC3263, but it looks limited in its functionality. It doesn't have much GPIO or much SPI, I2C, to control other subsystems. (We also want to have USB interface to play songs from pen drives)

Does TI have something like CS47L90 from Cirrus Logic? It's a dedicated audio DSP but with the control I/O for sensors and other sub-systems. It directly interfaces to multiple mics and has speaker drive with least external components. We will, however, use a speaker power driver to pump up the Watts.

We want less external components to do the job and we want scalability in DSP algorithms so that we can keep adding more and more algorithms.

Basically, we want an audio DSP and microcontroller for our entire system in one IC.
